Before clearing browser data
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the complete text from the List backup box and keep it in a note or document. Do this before clearing website storage, changing browsers or replacing a device.
Restore by merging
In the destination browser, open My List, paste the text into Restore backup and choose Merge backup. Recognized saved titles are added. Existing checkpoints in that browser are kept, so an older backup does not silently replace a more recent episode reminder.
Read the result
The confirmation reports added titles and checkpoints. Unknown or invalid entries can be skipped, and an invalid backup produces an error instead of replacing the list. Paste the entire original text if a partial copy fails. Do not edit the internal identifiers by hand.
What the backup does not contain
It does not include a video, service password or paid viewing access. It contains the choices and reminders stored by Cinego. Keep a fresh copy after meaningful changes to your list, especially if you use private browsing or expect to clear local storage.
